The length of access to MobileSpy depends on the tier of subscription purchased. Down below are the current tiers and length of access.
Bronze: 1 Month
Silver: 3 Months
Gold: 6 Months

What payment gateways are supported?
We currently support the following payment gateways:

How fast can I use MobileSpy after my purchase?
You will be able to use the software the same moment your payment is processed (which usually is instantaneously)
How long does it take to install MobileSpy on the Android or Iphone device?
All you have to do is visit the download-page, install the app and login.
The whole procedure takes less than 1 minute.
Will MobileSpy show up on my Credit-Card statement?
No, the statement on your Credit-Card bill will say “Intelligent-Solutions E-Mail Service”.
How do I change my password?
Login into the MobileSpy Website dashboard. Bottom left, click on account details. On the account details page it will give you an option to change password.
Log out of MobileSpy’s website dashboard. Click on forgot password. Follow the steps to reset your password via email.
How do I activate my account?
No manual input required to activate account. After a successful purchase your account will be credited with the amount of days purchased automatically.
How do I close my account?
Please contact customer service to request an account closure. This process will take between 24-48hrs to be processed and all files/data to be deleted from our systems.
